Account Executive

Account executives (AE) are in charge of sales for planning and production of investor relations (IR) tools (including annual reports, shareholder newsletters and CSR reports) for shareholders and investors in publicly listed companies. The role of an AE is to communicate efficiently with the people in charge of IR at client companies.

The sales role required of people in charge of annual reports is not merely to engage in sales, but to become deeply involved in planning and production and to take responsibility for being an Account Executive seeking to satisfy customers. This is a fulfilling position covering a broad and varied scope, including corporate analysis, scheduling, customer relationship and staff supervision.

【Requirements】 Motivated (currently unemployed recent graduates are also welcome to apply)
Those lacking IR industry or editorial experience will acquire these skills from team members through on-the-job training.
Communication skills
As being an AE is an important role that involves liaising with diverse stakeholders from within and outside of the Company, strong communication skills are required.
Management skills (to ensure trouble-free teamwork)
As the job requires liaising with diverse stakeholders including in-house designers, native English-speaking writers, operators and proofreaders within a set schedule, strong management skills and ability to ensure trouble-free teamwork are required.

・Financial knowledge (corporate analysis)
・English ability

【Remuneration’】 Monthly salary from \250,000-\500,000 (transport expenses are paid separately)
【Employment Status】

Full-time employee (3 month trial period)

【Working hours】

9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Basic) (Flexible working hours)
Overtime work is required at times

【Selection Process】

Selection through submission of a CV and work history
Interviews (two to three interviews)
We aim to decide on offering positions about one month after receiving an application.
